The formulation of this research is whether there is an influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT Mitra Harmoni Insurance Broker either partially or simultaneously. This research uses library research methods (books, scientific papers, internet, etc.) and field research (questionnaires and interviews). The number of respondents in this study was 60 people, the test was carried out with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) program in version 24. In this study, using the Multiple Linear Regression test, Correlation Coefficient, and Determination and Hypothesis Testing through t and F tests to determine the effect of Discipline. and Motivation on Employee Performance.
