Construction of flats jl. BKT Inspection of Ujung Menteng Urban Village, Cakung Subdistrict, East Jakarta to accommodate housing needs for Low-Income Communities in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this research was to determine the Occupational Health and Safety risk factors which are significant and influential at the time of the construction work. Using quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents using 4 phase of data collection and data analysis using the Risk Analysis method, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 22.
