The primary aim of this study was to determine the influences of Communication Climate on Motivation and Job Satisfaction of the employees of PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi. The study was conducted in the PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi in January to July 2016. The approach that is used for this research is a quantitative survey associative method.
