This thesis discusses one of the internal activity of company PT. Syntech Mitra Integrasi an attempt to increase the motivation of its employees work, namely with the conduct of regular meeting. Regular meeting activities was done so that all employees in the company, both from the top management up to staff can exchange ideas, give you ideas and creative ideas to promote the company, and can create a harmonious relationship between employees.
