The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of figures in the construction of the identity of the Bulan Bintang Party. In connection with this, the intent and purpose of this study is to find out how the role of character in the construction of the identity of the Bulan Bintang Party. For this reason, the research methodology used is a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative approach. The method used is a case study with the unit analysis of the Bulan Bintang Party for the period 2018-2021 with a single holistic case type. The results of this study indicate that the role of figures in the Bulan Bintang Party, especially the leaders character, is generally very visible at the personal layer level, but less visible at the enactment layer, relational layer and communal layer levels.
