The purpose of this study is to find out how Tempo.co's online media framed or framed based on the ideology of the media in the Corruption Case of the Regent of Langkat Published in the Serangan Angin Plan. The research approach uses qualitative. The research method is Framing Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki analysis by analyzing news in terms of words, paragraphs and sentences. There are four steps in the framing theory of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki, namely: Syntax on how journalists organize facts, scripts on how journalists tell facts, thematically how journalists write facts and Rhetorically how journalists emphasize facts.
