Lecturers are an important aspect that must be carried out properly by a private university (PTS). Some of the indicators contained in the development of permanent lecturers are recruitment, organizational commitment, and lecturer performance. This study aims to identify the effect of recruitment and organizational commitment on lecturer performance. This study, which was conducted at private tertiary institutions in Jakarta, uses quantitative methods and uses the SPSS 26 calculation tool.
