There are three main components that must be carefully planned in construction work. The three components are good quality, on time work and costs that can be minimized without repeated repair work (rework). Rework is inevitable in the world of construction. Very rarely, if not impossible, not to meet a rework in the implementation of a construction project. ISO 9001 can assist company management in improving the quality of performance and productivity so that it can improve performance and a healthier company culture.
