Human resources competencies in Quality Assurance work units (LPM) University Tama Jagakarsa is already sufficient to run the Organization, with a performance in collaboration with the other units in the structure of the Organization, establish communication, motivation fore-sighted, positive thinking to achieve the vision and mission.
Add science and insights into important key in achieving the success of the expected performance, and has a good personality so as to create a culture of good organization in LPM in achieving organizational performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of auditor competencies, auditor professionalism, compliance of the code ethics profession on consideration level of audit risk in auditing financial statements. The population in this study are auditors who work in the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in South Jakarta. This study takes a sample of auditors who have a minimum senior auditor position as a respondent. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple linear regression using the application Statical Product and Service Solution version 25 with a significant level of 5%.
The results of this study indicate that (1) Auditor Competencies Auditor has a significant effect on considerations level of audit risk in auditing financial statements, (2) Auditor Professionalism has a significant effect on considerations level of audit risk in auditing financial statements, (3) Compliance of the code ethics profession has a significant effect on considerations level of audit risk in auditing financial statements. This is useful as information on things that are considered as the level of audit risk in auditing financial statements.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Restoran Shabu Hachi Veteran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif. Adapun populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden.

Pengolahan data menggunakan uji statistik data Uji Validitas, Uji Realibiltas, lalu beberapa uji asumsi klasik berupa Uji normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Multikolearinitas, Uji Auto Korelasi, Uji Korelasi Product Moment, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji t, dan Uji f. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,460 berarti terdapat korelasi yang bersifat kuat berdasarkan tingkat kriteria pengambilan keputusan. Korelasi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,587 berarti terdapat korelasi yang bersifat kuat berdasarkan tingkat kriteria pengambilan keputusan.

Evaluasi Administrasi Kontrak dan Monitoring Pelaksanaan Proyek Konstruksi Pada Proyek Konsultan Manajemen Teknik Pedesaan Potensial

Dalam suatu proyek konstruksi terdapat 2 (dua) kegiatan penting yang harus berjalan paralel, mulai dari saat kontrak ditandatangani sampai kontrak tersebut berakhir yaitu kegiatan fisik dan administrasi kontrak. Administrasi kontrak diperlukan dalam setiap pelaksanaan kontrak. Pentingnya Administrasi kontrak bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwasanya pihak-pihak yang terkait dalam kontrak tersebut dapat memenuhi kewajiban sesuai dengan perjanjian. Infrastruktur perdesaan didefinisikan sebagai infrastruktur yang bersifat fisik dan memberikan akses terhadap pelayanan dasar maupun pelayanan sosial serta ekonomi bagi masyarakat pedesaan.
Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam penelitian Evaluasi Administrasi Kontrak dan Monitoring Pelaksanaan Proyek Pada Proyek Konsultan Manajemen Teknik Perdesaan Potensial, ada beberapa langkah yang dilakukan yaitu menentukan kerangka pemikiran, hipotesa, langkah dalam melakukan metodologi penelitian, dan data-data yang sedang dikerjakan oleh kontraktor. Konsultan Manajemen Teknik (KMT) dalam pelaksanaannya memantau dan mengendalikan pelaksanaan pembangunan infrastruktur secara administrasi, fisik dan keuangan pada 16 provinsi di 40 kota/ kabupaten dengan 110 paket kegiatan hingga selesai pelaksanaan kegiatan selama 8 (delapan) bulan dari awal Mei 2013 dan telah berakhir sampai dengan 25 Desember 2013.
Dari hasil memonitor kelengkapan dokumen administrasi dari seluruh Satker Provinsi di 16 Provinsi dan 40 Kabupaten Kota untuk 110 paket kegiatan sampai dengan 25 Desember 2013 ini KMT untuk kegiatan lelang dan tender kontraktor berjalan dengan baik. Begitupun dengan monitoring keuangan, semua anggaran dapat terserap untuk setiap paketnya. Namun, tidak demikian dengan progress fisik yang mengalami kendala dilapangan. Sampai akhir kegiatan KMT, progress keseluruhan adalah 95,94% yang artinya mengalami deviasi -4,05.

Informasi mengenai produktivitas kelompok pekerja dalam proyek konstruksi sampai dengan saat ini relatif sedikit yang dipublikasikan. Terdapat banyak metode yang bisa digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas tenaga kerja di lapangan. Namun, pengukuran produktivitas tenaga kerja secara akurat sulit dilakukan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara matematis sederhana untuk mendapatkan besarnya produktivitas. Work sampling adalah salah satu metode pendekatan yang bisa digunakan untuk mengukur produktivitas dengan cukup mudah.
Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa produktivitas para pekerja pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung DIBALE II Kota DEPOK dengan menggunakan metode work sampling. Ukuran produktivitas yang didapat dari analisa ini adalah labor utilization rate (LUR). Pada proyek ini ada dua jenis pekerjaan yang diamati yaitu pekerjaan bekisting dan pembesian. Penelitian ini juga melihat LUR berdasarkan jam kerja (pagi, siang, dan sore). Hasil analisa work sampling menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan LUR pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung DIBALE II Kota DEPOK adalah 52,29%. Dan hasil analisa work sampling menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan LUR berdasarkan jam kerja: (a) pagi adalah 56,64%, (b) siang adalah 49,92%, (c) sore adalah 49,85%. Nilai LUR berada di atas batas minimal yang disyaratkan. Dan hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa pada pagi hari pekerja lebih produktif dibanding pada siang dan sore hari

Pada saat ini proses pencatatan data persediaan barang pada PT VISION Net masih dilakukan dengan secara manual, terutama dalam hal pencatatan data masuk dan keluarnya barang serta pembuat laporan-laporan. Dengan sistem seperti itu menyebabkan sering terjadinya kesalahan-kesalahan yang dapat berdampak pada persediaan barang secara keseluruhan. Penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis komputer adalah jawaban dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada. Dengan dibangunnya sistem informasi inventory ini akan membantu proses transaksi keluar dan masuknya barang supaya lebih efektif dan efisien. Dalam membangun aplikasinya menggunakan VB. 6.0 yang merupakan aplikasi database murni. Apabila aplikasi ini digunakan maka akan mempermudah memberikan informasi dan pelayanan permintaan barang kepada staff yang ada di PT VISION Net dan laporan yang dihasilkan merupakan data terbaru dan valid.

Aplikasi Akademik Online Berbasis Mobile Android Pada Universitas Tama Jagakarsa

Universitas Tama Jagakarsa secara teratur melakukan pembaharuan terhadap data-data akademik mahasiswa/i, melalui pembaharuan ini mahasiswa/i dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi-informasi yang terkait dengan perkuliahan yang telah dan sedang berlangsung. Informasi-informasi ini didapatkan mahasiswa/i UTAMA dengan cara login ke akademik online kampus yang dapat diakses secara online melalui komputer atau Laptop serta komputer yang terhubung dengan server lokal pada bagian sekertariat setiap fakultas di UTAMA.
Karena keterbatasan mengakses akademik online ini yaitu hanya dapat diakses pada aplikasi mozilla firefox, maka peneliti membuat suatu alternatif sekaligus untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dalam menggunakan akademik dengan membuat suatu aplikasi akademik online yang dapat diakses melalui perangkat android. Dalam pengembanagn akademik ini peneliti menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman java, dimana java digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi android, sedangkan basis data yang digunakan adalah MySQL.
Android dipilih karena keberadaanya yang semakin banyak diminati dan juga karena harganya yang bervariasi serta dengan fitur yang cukup memuaskan. Metode dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode berbasis object oriented dengan mengunakan model desain UML (Unified Modelling Language). Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengakses informasi akademik mahasiswa, seperti biodata mahasiswa, KRS, matkul, jadwal, program studi, pengumuman.

Perkembangan teknologi komputer sudah semakin pesat perkembangannya didalam masyarakat saat ini, untuk itu diharapkan teknologi juga tidak boleh ketinggalan harus ikut sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman. Adapun juga sekolah-sekolah maupun perdosenan tinggi juga harus mengikuti perkembangan ini. Laboratorium komputer agar dapat berfungsi dengan maksimal harus dapat berkomunikasi antara satu dengan yang lainnya, dalam artian penuh. Apalagi laboratorium komputer saat ini kebanyakan telah memiliki suatu server tersendiri. Program aplikasi untuk hal itu biasa disebut sebagai aplikasi manajemen ruang kelas, yang salah satunya cukup terkenal yaitu aplikasi "Netop School". Tulisan ini mencoba untuk melakukan studi implementasi aplikasi Netop School ini dalam skenario operasional suatu laboratorium komputer, sehingga fungsi dan kegunaannya dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal didalam pengelolaan manajemen laboratorium komputer.

Mixed marriages in Indonesia were initially reguleted through GHR S. 1898-158, which enabled the mixed marriages of candidate husbands/wives who possessed certain differences. Thus,the regulation was withdrawn through the introduction of Law Number 1 of 1974 regarding marriages. Regarding mixed marriages, in accordance with Article 57, the allowed mixed marriages were the one which candidate husbands/wives who possessing different nationalities, and of which the marriages were performed in Indonesia.
When the difference of the candidate husband or wife lies in their respective religion, then the marriage would still be possible to be established outside Indonesia provided it is allowed in that particular country and as long as the Indonesian citizen taking part in that marriage does not transgress any marriage laws in Indonesia. A marriage between people with different denominations is allowed in Indonesia.

Trading through agents and brokers, their legal relationship with the employer is the authority, so the agent is outside the parties doing transaction, then who shall be responsible for the third party is the businessman as a seller.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah memperoleh hasil pembahasan mengenai hubungan masyarakat dalam pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Musium di DKI Jakarta, memperoleh hasil pembahasan mengenai nilai jasa Museum di DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif survey dan explanatory survey. Unit analisis adalah para pengunjung Museum di DKI Jakarta dengan ukuran sampel sebesar 110 orang pengunjung. Metode Analisis yang digunakan adalah distribusi frekuensi dan analisis jalur.

Berdasarkan hasil analisis, maka didapatkan bahwa hubungan masyarakat dalam pemasaran yang dilakukan Museum di DKI Jakarta belum mampu memberikan informasi yang jelas pada masyarakat pengunjung, terutama dalam melakukan publikasi, melakukan event-even tretentu, memberikan pemberitaan, dan melakukan media identitas. Nilai jasa Museum di DKI Jakarta belum memperlihatkan manfaat yang diberikan oleh Museum di DKI Jakarta melebihi biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pengunjung, karena para pengunjung merasakan terdapat suatu keraguan mengenai keaslian benda bersejarah yang ada di Museum di DKI Jakarta. Hubungan masyarakat dalam pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap citra Museum di DKI Jakarta, karena citra Museum di DKI Jakarta akan terbangun apabila masyarakat menerima informasi yang tepat mengenai Museum di DKI Jakarta. Nilai jasa berpengaruh terhadap citra Museum di DKI Jakartadibentuk oleh persepsi masyarakat pada nilai jasa yang diberikan oleh Museum di DKI Jakarta.

  3. Knowing process service of turnpike in DKI and West Java.
  4. Knowing influence of perfomance officer of service, process service, and physical prasarana to turnpike service value in DKI and West Java.
  5. Knowing influence of perfomance officer of service, process service, and physical prasaran to trust of usage of turnpike business in DKI and West Java.
  6. Knowing influence assess service to  trust of usage of turnpike business in DKI and West Java used.
Method Research descriptive survey and eksplanatori survey, with unit analyse consumer of turpke business, taken measure 249 from 629 populatio measure. Approach of quantitative analysis test hypothesis pass SEM., while approach qualitative to descriptive by using frequency distribution pass graph tof pie chart. Research finding include; cover.

The target of this research is as following :

  1. Knowing performance evaluation execution of education program and training pursuant to importance analysis and performance, so that result of the evaluation of can give to put into  company concerning activities which must improve;repair , defended , owning low priority , and too abundant possibility.
  2. Knowing storey;level influence of execution of education program and existing training to employees work productivity.

Marketing Strategy In Garment Industry And The Impact On Sales

abstrak

The changes on marketing environment in garments industry result in the disparity of a company’s capability in that industry.  The garments companies need to revitalize their marketing strategy so that they can align their external opportunity and threat with internal strengths.  This strategic decision is important to achieve the companies performance and to assure their survival.  The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of marketing strategy on sales.

This research uses the descriptive and explanatory survey method to the 70 garments companies that become the member of Assosiasi Pertekstilan Indonesia (API), Jabotabek.  The data are collected by conducting several interviews with the marketing division from January to July 2009.  The data are administered by using path analysis and processed by Lisrel 8.5 for Windows software. The results of this research show that: The formulation of garments marketing strategy tend to put more their consideration on customers centered than on competitors centered and/or the other external micro environmental forces. The marketing strategy has an influence on the sales.  The influence of marketing mix on the sales is in fact higher than the influence of product-market strategy.

As according to bank function as body is effort running role of intermediary, channeling of credit represent one of the dominant bank business activity. Therefore it is not strange if interest income of credit become the source of biggest earnings of banking. Credit as especial business activity of banking ever contain risk which big relative. Incidence of non personal loan credit or have problem ( loan problem) and loss because  giving of credit ( losess loan) representing credit risk, to influence storey level health of bank and decreasing it interest income of credit which ought to be accepted.

The purpose of this research are to know  marketing communications Bank DKI for the debtor of credit of UMKM. Knowing credit debtor relationship of UMKM woke up by Bank DKI. Knowing influence of marketing communications and debtor relationship to credit loyalitas of UMKM Bank DKI. Method Research the used are method of descriptive and expalanatory survey. Unit analyse is credit debtor of UMKM borrowing at Bank DKI of the size sampel equal to 57 UMKM. Finding of this research is that debtor relationship and marketing communication by together have an effect on to credit debtor loyalty of UMKM, but by parcial in the reality credit debtor relationship of UMKM dominant  its influence.

As the matter of fact there is a decline in specialists’loyalty, such as referring patients to have surgery or outpatient care at another hospital. The purpose of this study was :

  1. To determine the service officer serving in the installation Specialist Surgery of the Government Central Hospital.
  2. To determine the physical infrastucture in the installation Central Surgical of the Government General. Hospital.
  3. To know the processof service on fixed Specialist infrastructure and service process to the loyalty of Physician Specialist in the installation Surgical Central Government. General Hospital.
The method used is descriptive method and survey explanatory. The survy was conducted at the government General Hospital General. The result show :
  1. The services officers, physical infrastructure, and service process affect the loyalty of SpecialistDoctors.
  2. Viewed partially, the fact that the physucal equipments is dominantly influenced the physician’ loyalty than the workers’ service and the process.

The purpose of this research is to find out the service operation and delivery system performance, the passengers considerations on external and internal environment of individual, the passengers decision making process in using the service, the influence of the service operation and delivery system also individual external and internal environment on the passenger passengers making process in using the Bus of inter cities and province in the executive class in West Java.

The method used is the descriptive survey and explanatory survey on Bus passengers with the sample size of 363 persons through simple random sampling proportionally. The method of analysis is the structural equation model. The outcome of this research shows that the service operation and delivery system performance of the Bus is quite good.

  1. The leadership in the PT. Telkom is generally good, because the main characteristics the influence the successs of a person to lead an organization is the intelligence, maturity and social relationships, self-motivation and encouragement for achievement, and attitudes which all human relationships can improve employee performance.
  2. The Campaign officials conducted by PT. Telkom is generally quite good.
  3. The promotional programs offered in accordance with the period of employment and work performance as well as quite fair in determing promotions undertaken.
